According to the Zhitong Finance App, Global Healthcare (02666) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of 13.65 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 13.1%; profit attributable to shareholders of 2,021 billion yuan, an increase of 7%; basic income per share of 1.07 yuan; and proposed to pay a final dividend of HK$0.35 per share.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group has operated 67 medical institutions to provide quality medical services to the public; carry out various services such as full-cycle equipment management, specialty medical care, medical digital technology, etc.; and provide comprehensive financial solutions centered on financial leasing.
The Group has consolidated the total number of beds 14,353 (not including the more than 4,000 beds in internal planning and construction). In 2023, the comprehensive medical business sector strengthened internal performance and improved quality and efficiency, and the development trend continued to improve: annual contribution revenue of 7.635 billion yuan, an increase of 20.5% over the same period of the previous year; total profit of 421 million yuan was achieved during the year, an increase of 14.7% over the same period of the previous year; the comprehensive net profit margin of medical institutions was 5.10%, up 0.16 percentage points from the same period last year.
