On March 27, GLONGHUI Co., Ltd. (00754.HK) announced that for the year ended 31 December 2023, turnover was HK$34.292 billion, up 25.8% year on year; core profit was HK$2,314 million, up 114.1% year on year; basic and diluted profit was HK$0.77 per share. Total properties sold under sales and pre-sale contracts in 2023 amounted to RMB32,583 billion, including property contract sales of RMB31,422 billion and renovation contract sales of RMB1,161 billion.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group has concluded sales and pre-sale contracts but has not yet delivered a construction area of 1,225,600 square meters to the buyer. Proceeds from the delivery of these properties totaling HK$43,691 billion will be recognized as revenue in the Group's financial statements in 2024 and beyond. A total construction area of 1,4461,000 square meters will be delivered in 2023 (2022:1,014,400 square meters). As of December 31, 2023, the Group's land reserves reached 27.62 million square meters.
