According to the news, the company announced that a board meeting is scheduled to be held on March 28, 2024 (Thursday) to consider and approve the annual results of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2023, as well as the proposed final dividend (if any), and to deal with other matters.
According to reports, the company previously announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 3,864 billion (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 17.8%; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was 92.5 million yuan, a decrease of 29.8% over the previous year; and basic profit per share was 0.068 yuan. According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to a slowdown in the growth rate of chip demand in the consumer electronics category.
