According to the news, Greentown Services announced its 2023 annual results, with revenue of 17.393 billion yuan (RMB, same below), up 17.1% year on year; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders of 605 million yuan, up 10.6% year on year; and proposed a final dividend of HK$0.150 per share. The gross profit for the period reached 2,913.4 billion yuan, an increase of 21.3% over the previous year. The gross margin was 16.8%, up 0.6 percentage points from 16.2% for the full year of 2022.
