Gelonghui, March 27 | China Travel Service Hong Kong (00308.HK) announced its 2023 annual results. In 2023, the Group actively responded to and made efforts to overcome various difficulties and adverse factors caused by changes in the economic situation and market environment. Overall performance continued to grow steadily, and certain progress was made in advancing various key tasks. In 2023, the Group's consolidated revenue was HK$4.494 billion, an increase of 48% over the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$240 million; after excluding the impact of the Group's calculation of land value-added tax on real estate projects, the profit attributable to shareholders was HK$436 million. Basic earnings per share were HK$433 cents, and losses attributable to shareholders in the previous year were HK$356 million. The Group's cash flow continues to be stable and abundant, debt levels are stable and manageable, and the financial situation continues to be healthy. As at 31 December 2023, cash and bank balances were HK$2,663 billion, total assets were HK$25.014 billion, and the debt-to-capital ratio was 33%. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of HK$1 per share.
