Heatec Jietong Holdings Ltd. has signed a non-binding MOU with a Chinese firm to investigate a joint venture for managing a hotel project in Zhengzhou, China. The collaboration discussions include equity investment, resource allocation, and strategic partnerships, all contingent on due diligence and regulatory approvals. The MOU, effective for one year, does not involve any direct or indirect interests of the company’s directors or substantial shareholders apart from their official roles.
