According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yimei International Holdings (01870) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of approximately HK$192 million, up 26.4% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$2.046 million, loss due in 2022 was HK$795.44 million; profit per share was HK$3.21 cents.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue mainly comes from the permanent gondola business, due to the Group already undertaking extensive work on large-scale permanent gondola projects in 2023. The increase in net profit was mainly due to the increase in the Group's gross profit. After cancelling pre-initial public offering share options, the share-based payment expenses were confirmed in accordance with relevant accounting standards of approximately HK$6.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Group did not obtain related expenses in the current year, and the Group's administrative expenses increased due to the development of the green new energy business, thereby partially offsetting this impact.
