According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongyuan Jianye (09982) issued an announcement. After discussions with the company and at the company's suggestion, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from March 26, 2024.
After considering the recommendations of the Board Review Committee, its resolution recommended that Shin Eong Chung Ho (Hong Kong) Limited (Hsin Young (Hong Kong)) be the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after KPMG's resignation. The term of office will be until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company, but only after the successful completion of the client acceptance procedure by Xinyong Zhonghe (Hong Kong).
The Board of Directors hereby informs shareholders that the company will delay publication of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023 due to the change of auditors and the company is currently collecting and collating necessary information and documents from its subsidiaries as required to complete the audit process, so the company will need additional time to prepare the 2023 annual results.
