The group recorded revenue of HK$121 million, an increase of 60.17% over the previous year; the company owner should have accounted for a profit of HK$1,318 million during the year, turning a year-on-year loss into a profit. Basic earnings per share were HK0.57 cents.
The report shows that the increase in revenue was mainly due to revenue generated by completing a number of large-scale projects in fiscal year 2023. Furthermore, the Group's gross margin increased slightly from about 22.1% in FY2022 to about 24.3% in FY2023, rising steadily.
