On March 26, 2024, the company signed a letter of intent with several third parties, including “Zhaoxiang Health International Investment Group Co., Ltd.”, “Anhui Tuotuo Health Industry Development Co., Ltd.”, “Qingdao Kejian Kekang Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd.” and “Shenzhen Shikangsheng Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.” (collectively, the “Seller”), which contains relevant suggestions to enter into cooperation arrangements (“Target Business”) in the Greater Bay Area of China. Under the terms of the letter of intent to cooperate, possible arrangements include (but are not limited to) the management of the target business or the acquisition of all interests in the target business.
The letter of intent for cooperation was established to explore opportunities to expand the company's hotel network and revenue sources in China.
