According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yadong Group (01795) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of about $1,079 million, up 1.7% year on year; gross profit decreased 2.8% to $139 million, net profit of $35.34 million, a year-on-year decrease of 30.8%; basic and diluted profit per share was about 5.76 points, with a final dividend of HK3.0 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in earnings was mainly due to the increase in the Group's production for the year ended December 31, 2023. The decrease in gross profit was mainly due to increased sales costs.
