Gross profit was approximately 887 million yuan, an increase of about 6.3% year over year. Profit attributable to shareholders was approximately $453 million, an increase of about 2.2% over the previous year. Basic earnings per share were 71.33 points.
Among them, the commercial operation service business segment achieved total revenue of about 2,137 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8% over the previous year; the construction area already opened was about 10.8 million square meters, an increase of 200,000 square meters over the same period in 2022; the number of opened projects was 95, a net increase of 2 over 93 in the same period in 2022; and the contract construction area was about 15.1 million square meters, a decrease of 100,000 square meters over the same period in 2022.
