As of December 31, 2023, the Group's total land reserve was about 856,400 square meters, including about 21,600 square meters of completed but not sold properties, about 32,500 square meters of private use properties, about 128,900 square meters of completed investment properties, about 186,800 square meters of properties under development, and about 291,600 square meters of properties developed by joint ventures and joint ventures.
