(300737.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder Chen Weizhong and his co-actors Chen Zhizhong and Chen Zuoliu signed the “Shares Transfer Agreement with Shunkong Xingcheng Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) in Shunde District, Foshan Shunde District” on March 25, 2024 (“Shunkong Xingcheng”) signed the “Shares Transfer Agreement with Chen Weizhong, Chen Zhizhong, Chen Zuoliu and Shunkong Xingcheng Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) of the shares of Keshun Waterproofing Technology Co., Ltd.”, which they intend to hold in total 79,000,000 shares of the shares of Keshun Waterproofing Technology Co., Ltd. Weizhong plans to transfer Of the 45,000,000 shares, Chen Zhizhong plans to transfer 15,000,000 shares, Chen Zuoliu plans to transfer 19,000,000 shares), accounting for 6.71% of the company's total share capital (6.88% of the total share capital after excluding the company's repurchase of shares in the special account), and transferred to Shunkong Xingcheng through an agreed transfer at a price of 4.54 yuan/share.
