According to the Zhitong Finance App, Daphne International (00210) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of 263 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 53%; profit attributable to shareholders of 62.4 million yuan, an increase of 68% over the previous year; basic profit of 0.034 yuan per share; and plans to distribute a final dividend of HK$0.01 per share.
According to the announcement, the Group's revenue mainly includes license fee revenue and product sales from mainland China. During the year under review, revenue from license fees increased by 28%, from about 81 million yuan to about 104 million yuan, mainly due to an increase in the unit price and overall quantity of footwear products authorized to online franchisees.
