According to the Zhitong Finance App, Higan Holdings (02885) announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$267 million during the period, up 7.5% year on year; loss attributable to shareholders of HK$3.263,000, an increase of 1.05% year on year; basic loss per share; proposed final dividend of HKD 1.35 cents per share and special dividend of HK1.35 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the Group's revenue comes from the following businesses: thermal imaging products and services; self-stabilizing imaging products and services; and general aviation products and services. Revenue from thermal imaging products and services decreased by approximately HK$4.7 million, or 6.1%, from approximately HK$76.5 million for the year ended 31 December 2022 to approximately HK$71.8 million for the year ended 31 December 2023. The decrease was mainly due to a decline in demand from existing customers for SF6 gas imagers and detection components, which led to a decrease of about HK$11.4 million in sales of related products, which was partially offset by an increase of about HK$5.7 million in the provision of maintenance services and equipment leasing.
