The principal amount of the note is RMB 2 billion, with an annual interest rate of 2.57% for the first three years. The company has the right to adjust the coupon interest rate for the first installment of 2024 medium-term notes at the end of the third interest-bearing year. The adjusted coupon interest rate will remain unchanged for the last two interest-bearing years.
The company also signed underwriting agreements with Everbright Securities, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, SPD Bank, Bank of Ningbo and Bank of Beijing for the 2024 first medium-term notes.
