Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust has received a requisition notice from unitholders owning more than 10% of the trust, demanding an extraordinary general meeting to discuss undisclosed resolutions. The trust’s manager is currently seeking legal advice and will coordinate with the Trustee on future actions. Investors are cautioned to act prudently with their units amidst these developments.
