Gelonghui March 26 | Jinmao Service (00816.HK) announced its annual results. For the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's total revenue was approximately RMB 2,704.4 billion, up 11.0% year on year; Group gross profit was approximately RMB 746.5 million, up about 1.7% year on year; profit for the year was approximately RMB 342.9 million, up about 0.4% year on year, with profit per share of RMB 0.37 per share. The Board recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.17 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023.
As of December 31, 2023, we have a total contract construction area of about 106.4 million square meters, covering 70 cities and 501 property projects in 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The total construction area under management is about 84.2 million square meters, including 321 residential communities and 180 non-residential properties.
