According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinmao Service (00816) announced the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of RMB 2.704 billion (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 11.02%; profit attributable to shareholders of $337 million, an increase of 0.39% over the previous year; basic profit per share of $0.37; and proposed to pay a final dividend of HK$0.17 per share.
According to the announcement, revenue from property management services increased from about 1,207 billion yuan in 2022 to about 1,575 billion yuan in 2023, an increase of about 30.5%. This increase is mainly due to the Group's business expansion, which increased the Group's construction area under management from about 56.9 million square meters as of December 31, 2022 to about 84.2 million square meters as of December 31, 2023.
As of December 31, 2023, the Group's contract construction area was about 106 million square meters, and the construction area under construction was about 84.2 million square meters, an increase of about 31.7% and 48.0% respectively over December 31, 2022.
