Vivopower International Plc (VVPR) has released an update.
VivoPower International Plc, listed on Nasdaq as VVPR, is in the final stages of discussions to sell its subsidiary, Kenshaw Electrical Pty Limited, to a major Australian infrastructure services provider. The anticipated sale aligns with VivoPower’s strategy to concentrate on its rapidly growing segments, including its Tembo unit. Completion of the sale is expected around May 1, 2024, contingent on reaching a definitive agreement.
