Symbotic (SYM) just unveiled an update.
Symbotic Inc. has recently appointed Maria G. Freve as their new Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, with her tenure beginning on April 15, 2024. With a wealth of experience from her previous role as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Sensata Technologies and 11 years at Dell EMC, Freve brings a strong background in finance and accounting to the company. As she joins the team, Carol Hibbard will step back from the role of principal accounting officer but will continue as CFO and Treasurer. Freve’s appointment also comes with a potential equity-based award worth $600,000, pending board approval.
