Gelonghui, March 25, 丨 Jiaxing Gas (09908.HK) announced the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. Revenue for the year was RMB 2,956 billion, a decrease of 14.70% over the previous year. Profit attributable to company owners during the year was RMB 239 million, an increase of 244.88% over the previous year. Total natural gas sales during the year reached 704 million cubic meters, an increase of 0.43% over the previous year. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.40 per share (tax included) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
The Group's total natural gas sales reached 704 million cubic meters in 2023. Although there are factors affecting the Group's business environment, such as factors such as warm temperatures in the international gas market during the heating season, high gas inventories in Europe and the US, and easing the tight natural gas supply and demand situation, all employees of the Group have overcome difficulties to help the Group achieve basic market performance this year and stabilize gas sales after a 22.13% growth rate in 2022.
