According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shouhui Industrial Finance (00730) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved total revenue of HK$219 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 40.84%; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$32.82 million, an increase of 120.86%; basic profit per share was 0.81 HK cents; and a final dividend of HK0.4 cents per share was proposed.
According to the announcement, the increase in profit attributable to shareholders was mainly due to the increase in profit in the after-sales leaseback arrangement service division and the supply chain management and fintech business division, as well as the increase in other revenue and profit attributable to an associated company.
