According to the Zhitong Finance App, Binhai Investment (02886) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$6.407 billion, an increase of 5% over the previous year; revenue attributable to company owners during the year was HK$257 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21%; basic income per share was 19 HK cents, and a final dividend of HK$0.076 per share was planned.

According to the announcement, the reduction in profit attributable to company owners is mainly due to an increase in financing costs this year. As SOFR continued to rise during the year, the financing costs of US dollar syndicated loans increased.
