According to the Zhitong Finance App, Haotong Technology (02440) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of about 440 million yuan, an increase of 35.99%; net profit of 25.493 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.56%; adjusted net profit decreased by about 29.4% to 36 million yuan, with a basic profit of 11.61 points per share.
According to the announcement, the decrease in adjusted net profit is mainly due to a decline in gross margin due to increased market competition and uncertainty in macroeconomic conditions; and since its listing on the Stock Exchange in December 2022, the company's compliance costs have increased, leading to an increase in management expenses. The compliance cost in 2023 is about RMB 7.1 million.
