On March 25, GLONGHUI | New Hope Service (03658.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the company's revenue reached RMB 1,260.7 million, an increase of 10.7% over the same period in 2022 of RMB 1,138.9 million. Among them, property management services realized revenue of RMB 647.0 million, accounting for 51.3% of total revenue, an increase of 32.5% over revenue of RMB 488.3 million for the same period in 2022; revenue from commercial operation services was RMB 153.6 million, accounting for 12.2% of total revenue, an increase of 30.1% over revenue of RMB 118.1 million for the same period in 2022.
Profit attributable to equity shareholders of the company during the reporting period was RMB 215.0 million, an increase of 5.9% over profit of RMB 203.0 million for the same period in 2022. The Board recommended declaring a final dividend of RMB 0.091 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023.
For the year ended 31 December 2023, the net cash flow from the Group's operating activities was approximately RMB 334.8 million, while the net cash flow from operating activities for the same period in 2022 was approximately RMB 178.8 million.
For the year ended December 31, 2023, the number of projects signed by the Group was 253, with a floor area of 38.2 million square meters, an increase of about 5.6% over the same period in 2022; the number of projects under management by the Group was 230, with a floor area of about 32.3 million square meters, an increase of about 11.9% over the same period in 2022.
During the period, the company's link with New Hope Group deepened. The company's collection supply chain revenue with New Hope Group increased by 1,122.4% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the share of non-real estate-related transactions further increased to 14.6%, an increase of 6.5 percentage points over last year. Revenue from non-real estate-related transactions was RMB 41.97 million, an increase of 59.6% over last year.
