The 2023 profit distribution plan was reviewed and approved by the 13th meeting of the 3rd board of directors of the company: the company plans to distribute profits based on the number of shares to be distributed on the date of implementation of equity distribution (total share capital minus share balance of the company's special repurchase account) and distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.35 (tax included) per shareholder.
