Gelonghui, March 25, 丨 Xilong Science (002584.SZ) announced that the company received a notice from Mr. Huang Weipeng, one of the actual controllers and directors of the company: Mr. Huang Weipeng (“transferee” and “Party A” for short) and Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (“Huaxin Securities”, “Party B”) and Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (“Huaxin Securities”, “Party C” for short) signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” on March 24, 2024. Mr. Huang Weipeng plans to transfer a total of 12,909,975 unrestricted tradable shares of the company (“target shares”) to Ma Xuen through an agreed transfer, accounting for 2.206% of the company's total share capital to repay his maturing pledge debt with Huaxin Securities and reduce the risk of stock pledges.
