On March 25, GLONGHUI | MONGOL MINING (00975.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group generated a record high revenue of about US$1,034.8 million, an increase of 89.5% over the previous year. The Group's profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (“adjusted EBITDA”) adjusted for other non-cash items was approximately US$509 million, an increase of 280.4% over the previous year. The Group's profit attributable to the company's equity holders was US$239.7 million, while the 2022 fiscal year recorded a profit attributable to the company's equity holders of US$59.2 million. The basic and diluted earnings per share attributable to equity holders in the reporting year was 21.95 US cents, while basic and diluted earnings per share in 2022 were 5.68 US cents.
In 2023, the Group sold approximately 9.8 million tons of coal products, generating a record high revenue of US$1,034.8 million. The total sales volume in 2023 included about 6.7 million tons of major products and 3.1 million tons of secondary products, while 3.8 million tons of major products and 900,000 tons of secondary products were sold in the same period in 2022.
