Gelonghui March 25 | H&H International Holdings (01112.HK) announced that the relevant company notified the trustees and note holders of their intention to redeem all outstanding notes on March 25, 2024. The Company has redeemed all outstanding notes (“redemptions”) with a total principal amount of $53.352 million on the redemption date at a redemption price equal to 100% of the redemption amount plus accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date (not including the same day).
After the redemption is completed, the notes have been cancelled, and no notes have been issued. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to cancel the listing of the notes. The cancellation of the listing is expected to take effect at the end of business hours on April 5, 2024.
