According to Zhitong Finance App, Shuanghua Holdings (01241) announced that the Group's estimated revenue for the year ended December 31, 2023 is approximately RMB 100.7 million (RMB, same below), while revenue for the year ended December 31, 2022 is approximately RMB 20.4 million; and the Group's estimated net loss after tax for the year ended December 31, 2023 is approximately RMB 12.1 million, while the net loss after tax for the year ended December 31, 2022 is approximately RMB 19.9 million.
For the year ended December 31, 2023, the increase in revenue was mainly due to the return to normal economic activity of Chinese enterprises after the liberalization of COVID-19 prevention and control measures; and the Group's strategy to diversify the supply chain management business, focusing on promoting the food supply business, mainly agricultural and sideline products such as high-end domestic and foreign fruits.
The reduction in net loss after tax for the year ended December 31, 2023 was mainly due to the optimization of the Group's business structure and diversified development of supply chain management business.
