On March 25, Gelonghui | Ding Yifeng Holdings (00612.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, it achieved revenue of HK$1,134 million and revenue of HK$252,000 for the same period last year. In 2023, the Group recorded a net loss of approximately HK$311 million (2022: net loss of approximately HK$331 million). The net loss for the year decreased by approximately HK$2.255,000 or 6.1% compared to last year, mainly due to net proceeds of about HK$33.196 million from the sale/cancellation of subsidiaries (2022: net loss of approximately HK$190,000 from sale of subsidiaries). The basic loss per share was HK20.45 cents, and the basic loss per share was 23.97 HK cents for the same period last year.
