The group obtained revenue of RMB 368 million (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 2.43%; losses attributable to company owners were RMB 109 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14.79%; and a loss of 18.8 points per share.
During the reporting period, the Group strategically adjusted its business direction and broadened the new circuit, focusing on the fields of localized information technology construction, credit innovation industry, data center, AI big model, smart city construction and data finance engineering construction. The aim was to provide an end-to-end comprehensive solution for data infrastructure, data storage, data processing, data use and analysis, and intelligent and accurate data marketing for government enterprises, banking, insurance, securities, energy, medical and other industries.
As a result, the main changes in the revenue structure during the reporting period were as follows: the Group expanded comprehensive services integrating sales of software, hardware and related services, leading to an increase of about 85.7% or 667.39 million yuan in revenue during the reporting period; for example, during the reporting period, the Group reached cooperation with a municipal state-owned big data company and leading information technology infrastructure product providers in China to provide customers with comprehensive solutions to promote data asset development and application, data center construction, smart city construction, innovative development of information technology applications, and localized information technology construction in the financial sector; under macro Due to the impact of the growing maturity of information systems in the economy and large financial institutions, IT and marketing budgets were tightened, and the Group's data solution business revenue decreased by about 37.6% or about $101 million; revenue from IT maintenance and support services decreased by about 46.2% or about 145.98 million yuan; the Group expanded a new business model and added commodity trading business during the reporting period.
