Kingboard Holdings Co-Founder & Executive Chairman Acquires 2.2% More Stock

Potential Kingboard Holdings Limited (HKG:148) shareholders may wish to note that the Co-Founder & Executive Chairman, Kwok Wing Cheung, recently bought HK$2.6m worth of stock, paying HK$17.11 for each share. Although the purchase only increased their holding by 2.2%, it is still a solid purchase in our view.
