Torm A/S (DK:TRMD.A) has released an update.
TORM A/S, a leading carrier of refined oil products, has announced a share capital increase by 570,006 shares following the delivery of the seventh out of eight acquired LR2 vessels. This capital adjustment supports a USD 20.6 million loan note settlement and introduces the new shares at USD 36.14 each, with an expected trading commencement on Nasdaq Copenhagen. Following the increase, TORM’s total share capital is USD 926,644.88, representing over 92 million A-shares with associated voting rights.
