CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. has enhanced its Board of Directors with the appointment of Dr. Zhen Su on March 20, 2024, who will serve as a Class I director until the 2025 annual meeting. Dr. Su’s director compensation includes an option to purchase 76,000 shares of common stock, vesting monthly over three years. Additionally, the Board approved significant amendments to the Company’s bylaws to improve transparency and procedures for stockholder proposals and nominations, effective immediately.
