According to the announcement, urban service revenue increased by about 76.5% from about 257 million yuan for the year ended December 31, 2022 to about 453 million yuan for the year ended December 31, 2023, mainly due to the expansion of integrated urban service projects provided by the Group in the year ended December 31, 2023, and the addition of public construction projects such as schools, hospitals, sports centers, etc. provided by the Group with property management services, which led to an increase in municipal infrastructure service revenue.
