Zhitong Finance App News, Yashiwei (01993) announced that on March 5, 2024, Shanghai Advertising Communications, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a Shenzhen Metro contract with Shenzhen Metro. Shanghai Advertising Communications was granted an exclusive franchise to use and operate advertising resources for Shenzhen Metro Line 3, Line 6, Line 6, Line 10, Line 14 and Line 16 operated by Shenzhen Metro, and that on March 7, 2024, Shanghai Advertising Communications and Shenzhen Rail Transit signed a Shenzhen Line 12 advertising contract. Communication was awarded Exclusive franchise to use and operate advertising resources for Shenzhen Metro Line 12 operated by Shenzhen Rail Transit, and franchise fees shall be paid to Shenzhen Rail Transit. As of the date of this announcement, Shenzhen Metro is the majority shareholder of Shenzhen Rail Transit.
