The group achieved total revenue of HK$305.59 million during the period, an increase of 30.04% over the previous year; the company owner should have accounted for an annual loss of HK$594.23 million during the same period last year; the basic income per share was HK$1.86.
According to the announcement, the Group's business mainly involves securities brokerage, share placement, underwriting services and debt lending. The Group is pleased to announce that the net profit for the year was approximately HK$9.2 million, a significant increase over the net loss of approximately HK$57.9 million achieved in the same period in 2022.
