(a) The company submits a licence application to the High Court of Hong Kong to apply for judicial review of the decision to annul the Listing Review Committee and other remedies, relief and orders that may be granted by the High Court.
(b) The Company informs the Exchange about the judicial review process and the defences of the judicial review.
The petition against the company and its subsidiary Zhongkun International (case numbers HCCW27/2024 and HCCW28/2024) was heard in front of the High Court hearing officer as scheduled on March 20, 2024, and the hearing officer decided in court to postpone hearing the petition until 9:30 a.m. on March 25, 2024 (Monday). The Company will object to these petitions and continue to seek legal advice on these matters.
On the date of this announcement, the High Court did not grant any winding-up orders.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
