As of March 19, 2024, Shanghai Zhengben held about 39.182 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.784% of the company's total share capital; Shanghai Nianjin, one of Shanghai's concerted actors, held about 3.6325 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.443% of the company's total share capital. Together, the two hold approximately 42.814,500 shares of the company, accounting for 5.227% of the company's total share capital, and are shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares.
