According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yunbai International (00030) announced the final results for the nine months ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$579 million during the period; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$144 million; and basic profit per share of HK2.11 cents.
According to the announcement, starting in May 2023, the Group will distribute Yunnan Baiyao products to overseas markets to use its existing overseas distribution network and marketing experience to help Yunnan Baiyao Group expand its products to overseas markets. The new distribution network not only conforms to the globalization strategy of Yunnan Baiyao Group, but also creates new revenue streams for the group, thereby achieving synergy effects.
