(“Supercom Equipment”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a “Cooperation Agreement” with Shenzhen Jumen Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Jumen”) to purchase network terminal products and related semi-finished products and components such as “Yuanxing” branded functional servers, switching modules, integrated circuit boards, etc., for a period of 12 months. The total amount of the agreement including tax is RMB 600 million.
According to reports, the company actively promotes in-depth cooperation between its own brand “Yuanxing” servers and leading computing power core equipment manufacturers in the industry.
