Gelonghui, March 22, 丨 Daisheng Real Estate (00089.HK) announced that revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023 increased by 10.7% to HK$487 million. Annual loss of HK$165 million (2022: profit of HK$386 million), including loss of fair value of investment properties (after deducting US deferred income tax) of HK$136 million (2022: corresponding profit of HK$349 million). Excluding property revaluation (loss) /profit and all related impacts, the Group recorded a basic loss of HK$28.3 million, compared with a basic profit of HK$36.5 million in 2022. A final dividend of HK$6 per common share is proposed.
