No Signboard Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed its proposed share consolidation on March 22, 2024, as approved by shareholders in a previous EGM. The consolidation process has reduced the number of shares by combining every six existing shares into one new Consolidated Share, resulting in a total of 77,064,793 Consolidated Shares. Shareholders should be aware that any fractional shares from the consolidation have been disregarded, and those with odd lots can trade on SGX-ST’s unit share market.
