The loss for fiscal year 2023 was approximately RMB 437.6 million, while profit for fiscal year 2022 was approximately RMB 106.6 million.
On December 31, 2023, the total contracted construction area and total construction area under management were about 132.1 million square meters and 102.3 million square meters respectively, a decrease of about 0.5% and an increase of about 8.2%, respectively, from about 132.7 million square meters and 94.5 million square meters respectively on December 31, 2022.
