(002431.SZ) announced that today the company received the “Notice of Winning Bid” for the “Design, Construction and Operation General Contract for the 90,000 Mu High Standard Farmland Demonstration Zone Construction Project in Luyi County in 2023”, confirming that the consortium formed by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Palm Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (“Henan Zongjian”), Henan Longbang Survey, Planning and Design Engineering Co., Ltd. and Henan Yuzi Agricultural Service Co., Ltd. was the winning bidder for the project.
The winning bid price was approximately 248 million yuan. The project was bid for by the consortium. Henan Zongjian, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was a member of the consortium. The amount of construction and security expenses involved in winning the bid was 244,898,355.00 yuan.
