Burford Capital Limited, a global finance and asset management firm, has executed a share repurchase program, buying back 49,000 of its own ordinary shares for up to £5.0 million to meet future obligations of its Deferred Compensation Plan. The firm conducted transactions through Numis Securities Limited, with share prices ranging between 1157.00 and 1181.00 GBp. Following the repurchase, the total number of voting rights in Burford Capital stands at 218,825,564, with the acquired shares being held in treasury.
