Zhitong Finance App News, International Business Digital Technology (01782) announced that the Group expects to obtain a net loss attributable to the owner of the parent company for the year ended December 31, 2023 between RMB 46.5 million and RMB 49.5 million, while the net loss for the year ended December 31, 2022 is approximately RMB 11.9 million.
The main reasons for the Group's projected increase in net loss this year are as follows: the Group's other revenue and revenue during the year decreased compared to last year, mainly due to a decrease in exchange earnings, which was partially offset by increased government subsidies and interest income; the Group's R&D costs during the year increased compared to last year to enhance the competitiveness of the original business; and the Group's administrative expenses and sales and distribution expenses this year increased compared to last year. This is in response to the Group's further business development needs to develop its software development services and technical services into the new business market of the Central Bank's digital currency network system, thereby expanding The Group's customer base and diversification of its revenue sources.
